In today's audio and video industry one thing differentiates a great company from the rest: people.  Our business relies on every single technician to correctly install every piece of electronics and make every connection perfectly, every single time.  In a large custom residential project, with hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of electronics gear, there simply is no room for mistakes.

We've made it our goal at Aegis to find and cultivate the best possible employees in our industry.  Our employees have an average of 8 years of experience in the field (this in an industry barely 15 years old).  In addition, we rely on continuous training to keep our employees at the cutting edge of the constantly evolving home electronics field.  

Aegis has seen strong growth in its history, and we make it a point to promote from within whenever possible.  By continuing to offer new challenges and growth opportunities to our employees, we've been able to achieve very low turnover and a strong company culture.  

Our culture is also enhanced by our Racing Team.  Founded as a way to bring our employees closer together, Aegis Racing has brought together non-sailors and transformed them into a highly effective racing team.  This growth process has resulted in closer ties outside of the office, and has brought home multiple local and regional awards and trophies.  And, of course, it has been a blast!
